        Its a well kept and clean gym, the coaches are really helpful and will give you lots of constructive criticism to improve. If youre consistent and dedicated enough you will see lots of progress thats for sure.

        Great place, very friendly environment. Everyone there is very nice and there are days to spar and improve as well instead of just group classes if youd like. Learned a lot there

        BB and fit has become my second home. Ali has created a super positive environment where all feel comfortable and welcome no matter fitness level or age. Learning boxing fundamentals and training with Ali and his crew has been the best thing Ive ever done for my fitness, health and state of mind.
