        I've been living at Bollinger Crest Apartments for 5 years.  My view is beautiful, the apartment design is great with newer appliances and Barbara,  the manager and Carl,  the maintenance man are awesome. I highly recommend it!

        Great place to live. Been here 3+ years and love it. Very peaceful and quiet. Great views. Barbara, the manager, is wonderful and so is the maintenance guy, Carl. Both are very personable, attentive and quick to respond to maintenance issues. The layout of the apartment is fantastic. The appliances are newer and work great.  The apartment even includes an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a nice bonus. The owners and management have done a great job of taking care of the property. They recently replaced the roof, painted the exterior of all buildings and upgraded all exterior lighting in the halls. Would highly recommend!!
