Very Unprofecional! They Never Open At Time And closes Way earlier Never Answer The Phone When You Call. I totally Dislike This Place. They Shouldn't own a Business They Have to go Back To School. And get Education I have No Idea How They Got Their Licence And Diploma For This Business. I don't Recommend it To Anyone Is A Waiste Of Time

I have never written a review here before, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a company so it deserves a review. I came in because I was told "the service wasn't great but it was cheap". Upon arrival I found out it would be 180 dollars, meaning: NOT cheap. But ok, I preferred to talk to someone about my taxes than filing it online. So after waiting 30min in the lobby I sit down with Marlene Canas. More than half of our interaction was sitting there, watching her on the phone with God knows who while eating cereal bars. In the 6min she wasn't on the phone and/or eating (just very annoyed about having to actually work), Marlene wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions as she showed zero knowledge of the American taxation system. I did not feel safe doing my taxes there and letting her take copies of my documents so I told her to cancel our interaction as I preferred to not file my taxes through her. She still charged me for the meeting which lasted 18min, being more than half of it watching her do her own stuff. I did not want any confrontation so I paid. Later that day I filed my taxes online (for free!) and googled/talked to friends about my questions. But hey, if you want the best benchmark for terrible service, please do go to Marlene... you'll know exactly what I'm talking about! ;)
