Horrible customer service, apart from abusive and taken advantage of. They think you have all the time to come to the office, which is only open from 4pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday, terrible communication, they don't answer the phone, much less the emails, so I can grab my W2 because I didn't want to wait anymore after 2 months waiting. To have my taxes done, I had to pay them 120 just to be able to grab them. They charged me for a service that they never gave me. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Please people, don't go do your taxes with this rude, dishonest, liar man, he has nothing professional, he doesn't do his job, I paid him for his service and he didn't do my taxes. I had to go to another place and they found that he didn't do my taxes but he does charge in advance. He charged us $300 and did nothing, he is a big thief, he deceives you, he says that he did the taxes and you ask him questions and he never answers and when he comes to answer he answers very badly with insults, I have never come across one in my life. person like that
