        The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to treat people. I came in today and I asked the new lady working at the storage facility if she did indeed work at H&H storage. The manager Nora looked at me and said “be quiet I’m on the phone” I was shocked. I have never been spoken to like that from any business in my entire life. It’s very easy to press the mute button and say “welcome in, I will be with you shortly” I can’t believe she even has a job, when she lacks common sense.

        I have been a customer here for a year and I came in today after not being at the storage facility for several months. There was a new woman sitting down and I kindly asked if she worked there. The manager Nora told me to be quiet cause shes on the phone. I was not being loud or disrespectful so I was appalled by the way she spoke to me. When any person comes in to your business or home, you can easily press the mute button and say, thank you for coming in, Ill be with you shortly but I guess they just hire anyone anyone here which makes me worry about my stuff being stored here.
