Hilary was instrumental in getting us a couple of multifamily properties in Marin County over the past few years. She was driving the conversations with the inspectors (structural, pest, asphalt, landscape) and kept me well-informed of the positives and negatives of the deal focusing on my primary objective, cash flow. She left no stone unturned and even dug up small details hiding in the paperwork that could have cost me $$$ years down the road. She negotiated a good price and pushed the seller for more concessions when certain things came to light that weren't disclosed earlier. My wife and I appreciate her very much and we are loyal to her for life for helping us assemble our retirement real estate portfolio.

Through the years I have had Hilary Davis as my realtor for three different properties. One was a rental property, one being my own home and the emotional sale of my mothers home. Hilary's enthusiasm, attention to detail, communication skills, overall knowledge and experience cannot be understated. I know her as having a commitment to excellence. If the Golden Gate Bridge were mine to sell, Hilary would be my agent.
