Abby is wonderful!My wife and I bought our home in September at a whirlwind pace and we glided through it because of Abby.  Here's the story:We put our condo on the market in San Francisco just to "test the water."  But, it was sold two days later and the new owners wanted a very short close period.  Our realtor in the city recommended Abby for Marin properties.  She met with us on a Saturday and was truly interested in learning our tastes and needs.  In retrospect, some of our wants were somewhat contradictory to others, but that didn't stop Abby from actually finding properties that amazingly met our checklists.  She was quick to learn our tastes.  Her many years of selling homes in the area was a huge benefit, as she knew subtleties of neighborhoods, roads, traffic, and other important considerations.We finally found a house that we fell in love with, and prepared to make an offer only to find out that there were two other competing offers to be submitted the same evening.  (Abby's long-standing connections in the realtor community was critical in us getting this information.)  With her help, we put together a clean, attractive offer that was accepted!But the story doesn't end here!  To make the time crunch even worse, my wife and I had already planned to vacation out of the country before we ever put our place on the market.  Now, we had to get numerous inspections, disclosures, etc in a very short period of time.  Abby took care of it all.Things really could not have occurred any more rapidly than they did.  Nor could they have gone any more seamlessly.  Abby was our savior in this crazy-paced month.
