Terrible customer service. I called needing a leaky faucet repaired. They spent over 5 minutes getting the details just to tell me someone else would call me back to schedule an appointment. 24 hours later I called back to make sure they didn't lose my information. I was told that it could be another day before "someone" called me back. 24 hours still no call. I obviously went with another plumber.

This is first YELP review I've ever written... a testament to the job done by ICON Plumbing & Design. Sandeep came out to our home on a Saturday and really went the extra mile. He returned on Monday free of charge when part of our problem reared its head... everything has been working perfectly since. I will be using ICON from here on out!

Matt just left my apartment and my faucet is as good as new. He quickly identified the issue and arrived on time (early even). I had been referred to Icon by my contractor, who passed along my number. Matt called and left a voicemail, and before I could call him back he called me a few days later to follow up! I was thrilled - you never get that kind of service from a plumber. Usually they just kind of don't care. I will definitely be using Icon again and referring them to everyone I know in the area.
