        Spent $700+ on two 5-gallon pails of paint and needed more so I called and could not get them to find the original order despite the fact that I had ordered by phone. Spent another $700+ four days later (am I just old, or is $70/gallon a lot of dough for paint?), same paint, and when I called to get the invoice for the first order, was told it was impossible to find invoice by phone number or name.
