Dr. Derek Ward, MD

Six months ago, Dr. Ward did a revision on my right knee which had been replaced almost 20 years ago. The original prosthetic had displaced almost 15 years ago, making my knee very unstable. I am now walking better than I have in at least 10 years. Dr. Ward is an exceptional surgeon and a very caring doctor. His team is first rate and very responsive. I only wish I had connected with him earlier. Thank you, thank you!

I met with Dr Ward to discuss the possibility of having a hip replacement. After reviewing the X-rays and my MRI he didnt think I needed to proceed with a hip replacement surgery. He provided me with several options. I have to say he is the first doctor that addressed my torn ligament seriously. He listened and I never felt rushed during our conversation. If I do have hip surgery sometime in the future I will only have Dr Ward perform the surgery. I highly recommend him.
