I bought a G550 from the dealership on 4/6. Overall, the experience was good, except that I would never recommend anybody trading-in a vehicle with them. I had a 2023 Porsche 911 cab with a $123K pay-off--another Mercedes dealership was taking it at $130-133K, and giving me $10K back. This dealership stated they could only pay it off at $123K, telling me the market had changed. They are now selling it for $153K, a nice and comfortable $30K margin for them. Seems like the market only changed for a brief moment after all. I am putting 3 stars because this tarnished an otherwise lovely experience. But if you are not trading in, this is a great dealership.

Frank treat us like family. Roberto (Finance officer) took time and explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the terms and conditions. Car cleaned and detailed perfectly..
