        False advertising.Ordered bed expecting the same bed from the photos displayed on website.Delivery driver called company and representative said "photos on website are used for graphics and are not the same bed you will receive."Apparently a lot of people complain the same

        VG at Golden Years Medical is helpful, flexible and understanding. I received excellent support. I rented a medical bed with the plan to buy it (the rent would go towards the cost of the bed) and then learned that a medical bed had already been obtained on my behalf... It was no problem! VG refunded me and wished me well. The turn around time for the planned delivery and assembly was quick, too.
