Dr. Cox fixed my droopy eyelid that had been worsening over the past year. It affected my driving safety especially in the afternoon and evening. The procedure was skillfully performed at her cozy clinic with minimum pre-visit work. The office provided easy to follow written instructions covering entire process. They even went through them patiently. My recovery was a smooth one with routine icing the first day. Dr. Cox removed the stitches painlessly. The outcome is so natural as most of my friends did not noticed it. However, I am seeing and driving as if I am 29 years old. My recommendation of Dr. Coxs expertise and pleasant bedside manners is second to none.

Dr. Cox was amazing, understanding and patient to my needs and insecurities. She explained what she was going to do before my procedure, and continued explaining throughout it. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She answered my questions with expertise and gave me advice and information for future needs. I absolutely love my results! She is an expert in her field, and I highly recommend her!

What a great experience! Not only are Dr. Cox and her staff extremely friendly and welcoming - I also got a superior treatment. The office is nice and calming, and Dr Cox was wonderful to work with. She explained everything in detail which made me feel at ease and relaxed. The procedure itself was also much easier than I had imagined. I was very surprised to find that I hardly experienced any discomfort at all, and on top of it I also had a very fast recovery. My results are fantastic and I am definitely going back in the future. I felt so well taken care of and can totally recommend Dr Cox.

Dr Cox is amazing and has a great staff too! This was my first visit to the office, for a consultation, and I instantly felt at ease upon entering. The office is beautiful, clean and calming. Dr Cox took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answer all of my questions. Her demeanor is gentle and confident. I left knowing I am in good hands.
