Great service. Kaiser has come a long way! I have a special team helping me manage pain.

Funny story. This place made me hate therapy in every way. I spoke to an older age white lady and told her about my anxiety issues. She told me no one cared, and that I wasn't of importance to them enough to care.
I'm glad I gathered the courage to have therapy elsewhere where they found WHY I was feeling that way. The way the psychiatrist handled everything was so stone-cold, I couldn't open up to her at all.
Two stars cause the desk people were nice.

I found the San Rafael Mental Health Department incompetent! My daughter just started having real issues and I am quickly learning that Kaiser is NOT prepared to deal with someone who is struggling in a meaningful way. I'm not sure if it is my daughter's specific therapist that is the issue or Kaiser, as a whole. All I can say is, it has been a god awful experience.
