Marion Landscape Construction

Marion stuck with me following a previous disaster with a contractor. I live on a steep hill, and the wild winter storms took down my fence and retaining wall. The process of getting a building permit was long and exhausting, but Marion never gave up on getting the project going before the next year of even more record breaking rain and wind storms. If it hadn't been for him and his fabulous crew, my home could have been washed away. The retaining wall and fence, then additional landscaping, is a site to behold! I am so grateful to have found Marion landscaping and his crew. I'm sure the neighbors appreciate the dramatic yard makeover as much as we do. MarionsLandscaping Design crew have great ideas and are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend the company for design and installation to those who seek a high quality job with outstanding service.

I don't like giving negative reviews but my friend convinced me it might help others.  I found Marion Landscaping on Yelp and was impressed with the reviews.  I filled out a survey which included how large my property is, 1,000 - 3,000 square feet.  Marion said he would meet me on May 15th at 10 am the earliest appointment he had.  I took the morning off work and waited.  He never showed up.  I finally got through to him at 10:30 and he said he looked up my address and decided my lot was too small. I asked him why he didn't call me, email me or message me through Yelp.  He said he tried, but I never received voicemails or messages. We had set up the appointment the week before so he had at least 5 business days to cancel.  If Marion had apologized I probably wouldn't be writing this. The sad thing for him is this was the first of two of my properties I was hoping to have Marion landscape, but because he thought my property was too small he lost out on my other bigger job.

Marion and team were great. He reviewed our plans, outlined costs, broke them down into phases so we could piece out the construction over time. He installed a full drainage system for us which went great. And we continued with a backyard remodel that we are now enjoying. The team on the job were excellent. Did great work, walked me through their work, and consulted me on decisions throughout.
