We hired Johnell this summer to help us over the course of 6 weeks while we were traveling and simultaneously doing some renovations. She was a total savior - even customized an offering to exactly meet our needs: took care of the home, deep cleaned, let various vendors from the remodel in and out, sent us daily reports via text and video updates and more. Welcome Home Concierge is trustworthy, kind, and was a fantastic partner to us AND the vendors working in our home while we were away. Recently learned of this new, local, woman owned business; & SOOO pleased I took advantage of her new biz offer! Johnell had completed her magic touch the same day I was scheduled to arrive home from a mini get away. While exhausted, after many flight delays (arrived home @ 1:00am, instead of 9:00pm, and had to be at work by 8:00am), I had a huge smile that continued with each room I walked through. I have never seen my refrigerator, stainless steel sink, dining room table, and every surface throughout, so sparkling clean! I don't know what products she uses, but they work like a charm. The organic berries & fresh flowers I requested were not forgotten. How lovely to sleep in my own bed, with clean sheets, after washing up in the bathroom w/ clean towels. I was inspired to come home to such a clean home, with extra touches that "regular" housecleaners don't typically do! Thank you Johnell; I will be referring Welcome Home Concierge to everyone I know.

What a relief to have found Welcome Home Concierge!! My husband and I are so grateful that we were referred to this business prior to our vacation. We had a 2 week international trip planned, but knew we would have minimal cell and internet service and wanted to ensure our home was looked after and our chickens were checked in on. Johnell came to our home ahead of our trip to do a walk through of everything and to understand what was most important to us to have peace of mind on our trip. While we didn't have the best mobile signal, we were able to get updates and check-ins on how everything was going back home via wifi and stay updated on the well-being of our flock. Our packages were collected and brought inside, our home was prepared for us to come home after a very, very long trip back home and we are eternally grateful for the care and comfort she provided so we could enjoy a much needed getaway. Thank you again so much! Will be using for future trips.
