Mindy is the only thing keeping this store together. She is a goddess and totally amazing.

The service has always been spotty. One time the shaver had not been sharpened properly and I felt a bunch of pinprick sensations in the back of my neck.  But today was the worst. Minh (Mindy) seated me and immediately exclaimed "I remember you!  Number 2 on the side!" She started cutting and kept saying "look down please." While I was looking down she ran the shaver over the top of my head, giving me a buzzcut. What she hadn't remembered was that she was supposed to take 1/2 inch off the top with comb and scissors. Instead of acknowledging her mistake she first insisted that my hair wasn't really as short as it looked, and then said "next time 2 on the side, 3 and 4 on the top."Since Minh couldn't be honest about her mistake, I won't return there.

I become e regular customer because I really enjoy how professional and talented is Mindy. I've long hair and I like keep up with my Style!!! She is a Great hairstylist!!
