Great place, easy going atmosphere. Staff has been nothing but attentive and nice to me, a new member. The free group classes are a great perk too!

Clean and spacious. The weight training equipment here is ok, most of it is old and clunky. The staff here is nice, friendly, and ready to be helpful. Their bathrooms are for the most part, clean. The sauna rooms are great and have plenty of space. Overall, this is a decent place to work out. Although they really need newer exercise equipment, their membership fees are fair and the ample space makes this gym comfortable enough to enjoy a nice workout. They seem to have plenty of other fitness programs besides weight training, which is what I like, but I couldn't say much about them as I didn't try them.

They have a list of fitness classes as long as my arm and the sauna is a nice touch. It is not always easy to find a gym with a sauna. They have an entire wall dedicated to TRX in the group fitness room. I've never seen so many sets of straps in one gym before. I also love that they have Open Stride trainers as I find they are much easier on the joints compared to a traditional elliptical.

I'm bummed writing this. As multiple reviews have mentioned-- the billing/membership management here is disorganized. Once my husband and I canceled our membership there were serious billing issues/communication issues. Which is a shame because we really loved being members at Body Kinetics!We were charged $700 total to 2 credit cards over 3 months after we had canceled and were paying for another gym. We finally caught it on our statements and were shocked they billed us for 3 months after we hand-dropped off our cancelation paperwork. We also were told by an employee prior to cancelation that if we got in our cancelation papers before the next month we wouldn't be charged, which was misinformation and cost us an $300 for paying for two gyms the same month, under the impression we were only paying for one. I called and they refunded us $400 but per the contract would not refund us $300 ($99x2 plus an annual $50x2 fee) for the final month. I totally get having contracts but due to their errors we had lost not an insignificant amount of money.Very disappointed. It's a great gym but if they can't remain organized it leaves a terrible taste in your mouth and causes financial strain and confusion for members.
