The staff was very helpful, especially Becky who checked us in. She goes out of her way to help patients and treats everyone with respects. Dr. Savala was very informative and thorough. We were very pleased.

I wasn't able to see the dentist. I was told that I couldn't see the dentist because I didn't have my CA benefits card. I don't know why that was necessary because I intended to pay with cash, out of pocket. Maybe you can't pay out of pocket here? I actually had my benefits card in my wallet but didn't realize it. I had my home burglarized and later burned to the ground by racists in Siskiyou County. I assumed I had lost the card after the ordeal I've been through. Nobody was there to check me in. I tried to use the sef-serve kiosk but it didn't have my appointment in the system. When the receptionist showed up and told me that I couldn't keep my appointment w/o my benefits card, I just left in frustration. There's no parking, so I had to pay $13 to park on the street, a few blocks away. I hope I can get affordable dental care somewhere. But I live in the United States of Oligarchs so, not likey!
