Dr. Ana Rajkovic, DDS

I'm sad to say I had a pretty uncomfortable experience with at Dr. Rajkovic. When I went in to meet with Dr. Rajkovic for an assessment, she asked me to have my dental records, including the recent full set of x-rays sent to her office. My old dentist sent the records over right away. A few months later, I went in for a cleaning and was told I would need a full set of X-rays. I explained that she could use the full set that was done less than 6 months ago at my old dentist. Her dental assistant told me that he had tried exhaustedly to obtain the x-ray records from my old dentist, but he never responded. I reached out to my old dentist, who quickly forwarded the email with the records they had forwarded them, x-rays and all. This left me feeling outright lied to. The office never replied when I pointed this out. Instead, about a week after this appointment, I received a letter in the mail stating they would no longer be able to serve me because I didn't take their recommendations on getting the additional x-ray. I know they aren't necessarily a premier dentist in the area, but I did expect a bit more. The way I was treated was much more like a customer than patient.

Dr. R is gentle on the teeth and communicates all details about the procedure and what to expect afterwards. Her staff is friendly and efficient

If you still have a part of that little kid inside of you that is afraid to sit in a dentist's chair, this is the place to go. Dr. Rajkovic is incredibly patient and careful with the patients, and she will make that dentist appointment so pleasant and easy going. First time I went, I had an emergency and she was more than glad to help out and squeeze me in between the scheduled slots. Definitely recommending Dr. Rajkovic!
