Stopped in on 8/9/21 to try to find products for my damaged hair. The customer service was great and she enthusiastically made suggestions for products I could tell she really believed in. Can't wait to try them!

This was my first time I have ever been to this location and I wont ever go back. If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD. Its pushing it majorly by giving it ONE STAR. Theres an darker skinned female that works at this location and someone needs to either train the chick or enlighten her on proper customer service and how to treat customers. When I walked in the door I literally had to do a double take. The same chick that I was just talking about was seriously wearing SUNGLASSES INSIDE. Very odd to me that she was wearing huge sunglasses inside the store while working. I didnt know it was that sunny that sunglasses were necessary. I wonder if thats apart of their uniform? I mean this isnt a RAP VIDEO or an AWARD CEREMONY and she isnt a celebrity that I know of so she isnt hiding from the paparazzi or crazy fans. Ive worked over 20 jobs all inside except when I was a lifeguard and never once did I wear sunglasses inside or see a co worker wearing sunglasses insides. Just kinda odd. On top of it she was super rude and not helpful at all. She was on the phone talking to a friend or someone she knew and was just staring me down the whole time. I dont get why she needed to just stare at me non stop but I dont want to get it either. She had a total attitude and made me feel like she thought she was better than those around her when Im sorry not trying to be rude but shes not. She needs to learn the basics of customer service and start but removing her sun glasses. Sallys who are you exactly hiring these days? SMH. I dont know if I want to be buying product from Sallys anymore after what i witnessed today.
