Good morning, This message is addressed to the person who was at the cash register of the chevron San rafael on July 14, 2023 16h. We picked up gas with our June 26 receipt, which credited us with $9.82. We thought it was a credit as indicated on the ticket but after consulting our bank accounts at 7o clock pm, we understood that a balance was automatically made between the credit given to the caisse and the final reality. As a result, only the real amount consumed was debited. The cashier spoke very quickly and I imagine that she tried to explain it to us. I asked her to explain slowly but impossible, I even showed him my bank accounts to understand . She ended up giving this credit of her own money. If she had explained me gently, because I am French, I would have understood... In short, Madam Cashier, I am terribly confused. If you give me your rib, I will transfer the $10. Our apologies again....
