I thought my computer was slow and happened to see mention of Eric Gold on Nextdoor. Wow!  He has helped me enormously. He installed a new hard drive and has shown me how to organize my files. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice, and his rates are so reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough if you need any help with your Apple products. He's the best!

I actually registered with Yelp just so I could review Eric's service. I contacted Your Mac Solutions about a hardware problem (internal damage) to my old iMac. The work was beyond the scope of what Eric does ... and what every Mac-repair company I've contacted does ... but even though he couldn't repair it, he patiently stayed on the phone and explained the problem and possible solutions. Then he texted me with a referral to a company that can do the work. After having so many companies just tell me "we don't do that kind of repair," it was amazing to find someone who cared enough to follow through even when it wasn't going to be profitable for him. Knowledgeable, conscientious and highly recommended!

This is my first time writing a Yelp review and the reason I'm doing so is because of the great service and help I received from Eric.  I was in a bind because my hard drive died in my iMac and I needed it repaired quickly. Not only did Eric complete my repair in a fast and efficient manner but he also offered me some great advice and help with restoring my backup files. I highly recommend Eric's service and expertise. Not only does he offer a highly competitive rate (the cheapest I found in the area) but he also offers some great advice for whatever the problem may be and does it with a great attitude. I will definitely be recommending Eric to all my friends and colleagues.
