The highly personable Diane gave a great overview of Advisory Cloud and it's benefits. I was left with a complete understanding of the product and how it can assist me in becoming involved with company boards, consulting and connecting with peers.

Horrible customer service. After cancelling immediately after exploring the lack of quality organizations affiliated with the service. They proceeded to charge me anyway and claimed I never cancelled the service. I attempted to cancel it again and they refused to refund the charges even though I never used the worthless service. Am having to file fraudulent charges and claims with my bank. Unprofessional and a scam.

The company charged my credit card even though I canceled. They were repeatedly sending me an email requesting to "Agree" to their subscription offer - I did not agree because I did not believe their platform was in any way valuable. However, they still charged my credit card -- even after I got emails that said my account was cancelled. Their explanation was that it was just an automated email (?!?). This business is fraud. Stay clear.
