Hello folks I too purchased some of Cy's Pure and or real lime products, I have applied his product that has to be imported form Europe, I am a bit of a stucco nerd see my 700 videos on youtube and we're featured on the 2016 addition of walls and ceilings not big deal I only menting this as point out I am experienced with plastering products, in this case lime products.
What 99% of folks don't realize with interior or exterior lime based products or even portland based cement plasters and stucco' are they are only as good as the structure.
A finish with lime or even the strongest Portland based product will not stop a typical 100 ton home from movement that can't be seen let alone measured. 5 days of rain will lift most homes even over engineer's homes when it settles wood,plastic, metal and such are unaffected, but cement, and real plaster can and will sometimes hairline.
Most folks become nervous when even the smallest hairline crack occur, understandable, my wife and I love this effect plus it's unavoidable, homeless and typical.
Just one benefit of genuine lime base coats and lime finishes.
Properly applied lime plaster creates a natural air condition system in your home wheather in in the bathroom, kitchen and in my case attic bedroom, as this natural Mineral lime has the ability to absorb all moisture then release when dryer condition occur, hydration and dehydration.
Real Lime plastering prevents mold and fungi from occurring as its alkaline, Lime is a necessary mineral, Limes positive effect on the human body can't be expressed or measured, Lime plaster absorbs many airborne toxins which is good for human health.

Other good minerals, magnesium, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) Himalayan salt, yea, I'm talking about the real salt that has 87 minerals not table salt which well, I won't go there.
lastly, unfortunately Real Lime plaster ain't cheap, but on this subject some folks place a value on their health, me too.
Many of these lime based and lime finishes are in hotels as they have the deeper pockets, and can afford the finer thing in life, things that make you go Hmmmmm.
