I had a fantastic experience here. It was one of those mornings. Perfectly on time, happy, no headache, etc. I was on my way out the door to my appointment to replace my brakes at Martinez Auto Service, when my car wouldn't start. My battery backup wasn't working for some reason (I put the posts in the usual spots) so I called Isaac to apologize that I wouldn't make his appointment. Isaac immediately FaceTimed me, troubleshooted my problem, and I made it to the shop. At the shop, Isaac was friendly, informative, and quick. Ask him about food-He'll recommend some great restaurants around!Highly recommended. Will come back.

Took my Mercedes here because the guy next door was too busy. Told him I just paid cash for it and something seemed wrong. He told me it would cost $350. He put a piece of metal on the tensioner and told me the vibration was from this. After asking if he would give a money back guarantee, he quickly said he didn't want my business and told me not to come back. After watching a few YouTube videos, ordering from rock auto and amazon priming the special tool to take off the bolt. I managed to change out tensioner. Needless to say that it was NOT the issue. And I feel stupid but I knew that was the purpose of a belt tensioner. He did not have integrity when dealing with me. He kept asking what I did for a living and I felt like I was being scammed.
