Hard to get an appointment when needed, then they had such an arrogant and less-than-helpful attitude in person. Really poor customer service. Wouldn't go back.

Had a problem with a steering wheel in a 2013 Elantra. Not from around here so made an appointment at a dealership. Their diagnostic charge is about $190 per their website. I wanted to find a mechanic in town that I could trust. I did a search and based on what I found on Yelp I called Northgate Automotive and ended up speaking with the owner. I decided to cancel the appointment at the dealer and took my car in. It was repaired the same day I took it in and for a price slightly over the diagnostic charge at the dealership. I figure it saved me about $300.  Also, the shop at Northgate Automotive was clean and organized.  I was completely satisfied and have recommended the shop to my daughter who lives here for all her maintenance needs.
