Cannot speak to their work but not impressed that the people in the office Appeared annoyed at me for not having an appointment to get a bid and then told me to“come back on Monday”, not suggesting I make an appointment for Monday but just drop-in because a Monday drop-in is appropriate and a Friday drop-in is apparently annoying

Greg helped me with my nationwide claim. He got me in for an estimate the same day and explained everything about the repair process.Another shop I called wanted me to wait three days and over the weekend..This is the first time I have been really happy with my repairs. Kudos to Greg and the team at F Lofrano and Sons and many thanks!

100% positive experience at Lofrano. Everybody is friendly, professional and efficient. From day one, they treated me like a friend, not a customer. Their work is impeccable. They did three body repairs in two trips (long story, not their fault). They dealt with faulty parts from the manufacturer twice. They also took the car to and from the window tint place and dealt with a couple of niggling annoyances at no charge. Then they ordered me a couple of parts I wanted for less than even the online places. After all of that, they delivered the car to me exactly on the day they promised, then stayed late to wait for me to pick it up. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

This shop is amazing with service and skill. Corvettes emerge looking like new. Fantastic! Good communication and easy drop off and pickup.
