I've been an Airport Home Appliance customer for many years. Have made 3 purchases from the Emeryville store and been very happy with the experience and products. However, my experience at this store has been the worst. I visited the store and purchased a dishwasher and was told it was in stock. I specifically chose the model that was in stock to avoid a long delay in delivery. After a week of chasing them to get a delivery and install date, I was able to get a hold of the store manager only to find out the product is on back order. No one reached out to me to let me know, and no one seemed to care after I found out. Also, customer service is nonexistent. Needless to say, I will not be going back!

Our experience with Airport Home Appliances was incredibly frustrating. We purchased three appliances on 02/27, with the expectation of a 7-10 business day delivery, as promised by salesman Chris Arroyo. However, after two weeks, only one appliance was ready for delivery. Despite numerous attempts to contact Chris, we never received a callback. Eventually, Mike informed us that the remaining appliances wouldn't be delivered until April 8th, well beyond the promised timeframe. Frustrated by the poor customer service, we canceled our order and bought directly from LG, with a much faster delivery time. Avoid Airport Home Appliances to save yourself time and hassle.

Wanting to support a local business I purchased a dishwasher despite the fact it was less expensive online. I was promised delivery in 3 to 4 days because the item was in stock at the warehouse. More than a week later I had received no update and only learned after multiple phone calls that the dishwasher never left the warehouse. The representative offered no apologies or was able to give me an updated delivery date. The only reason this is not a one-star review is they agreed to refund my purchase without argument. A very frustrating experience and a massive waste of time. I will never go there again.

Cannot be happier with the level of customer support I recieved from Sim and his team. On the showroom floor was able to look at different products and models and make the right decision with the wife. Top notch appliances best in class at unbeatable price. Forget the Big Box Stores give them a Shot.Thanks to Luis for packing everything meticulously!!!!

Ordered a induction cooktop with the expectation that it would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. After hearing no updates for almost two months, I had to reach out to ask about the updated delivery date. I would have appreciated if Airport Home appliance had been proactive about updating me with delays in the order (this being no fault of their own). Within a few minutes of the installation crew leaving my house, I discovered a large crack from the top to the bottom of the new cooktop. I'm not sure if we simply didn't notice it before, or if it incidentally cracked in the minutes after they departed. Nonetheless, it's been a pain trying to determine what my next steps should be. I've literally never used this stovetop or placed anything on top of it, and it it's already in an inoperable state. Feeling pretty bad about this $3,000 purchase
