High price for zero service. Spent a couple thousand dollars on a basic tax return and literally never even had one meeting to discuss our taxes. I've never heard of such a thing. We just sent in documentation and never heard a thing or got any helpful information. Worst experience I can recall having had with any service provider for anything, personal or professional. I wasn't going to leave a review, I would rather provide feedback directly to people I work with, but they were uninterested in taking even a few moments to understand my concerns (which I expressed only after paying in full promptly). I was made to feel that I was way too unimportant as a client and that they should just never have taken my business in the first place. I was trying to give honest feedback, but was met with defensiveness and just plain old rudeness. I didn't think I'd ever hate anything more than doing my own taxes, but suddenly that option doesn't seem so bad!
