Providence Primary Care - San Pedro

I recently visited this location with a family member. The facility is clean and staff are friendly. Dr. Crescenzo Pisano is a smart, friendly, professional, and direct physician with excellent bedside manner. Stephanie is a courteous and smart medical professional. The front desk staff, Mercedes and Kathy, are professional and warm. Parking is free in the parking lot. Highly recommend this location and team.

We see Dr Habib and really like her, she is kind, thorough and very helpful. The staff is also very nice and professional, we've never had any issues. MyChart is amazing and makes communication, looking at lab results, and requesting refills super easy.

Dr Habib is my primary care doctor , I just have to say she is an excellent physician and I recommend her 100% . Staff is great polite respectful and professional. If for some reason Dr Habib is not available for a same day appointment there is other physicians that could fit me into the schedule on that same day.

My mother has been going to Dr Jimenez for 30+ years and went to the emergency room on a Saturday and they diagnosed her with fibro mialgia and told her to see her primary care physician on Monday but this Dr couldn't fit her in so she is sitting in pain after several calls by myself and her until her regular appointment she happened to have on Thursday ( 5 days later). I had to write this to help others thinking about going to this Dr since he is clearly too busy to help his current patients. Not to mention after all the call not one person called neither my mom or MD back!! Bad business!
