        I am so happy I found this location of Optum. Every single person working there, from the front desk, the nurses and the doctors, are absolutely wonderful, patient, helpful, clearly knowledgeable and enjoying their jobs. The nurses and amazing, understanding, have excellent communication skills, are very organized and efficient. My doctor is the best. I can not express my delight at having found him. I would recommend this location to everyone.The best facility and care I have had in decades.

        I love Dr. Shah, but really hate that she moved to this office. The only reason I'm still going here is for Dr. Shah. The rest of the staff is so rude every single time I visit. I dread having to see Dr. Shah now just because I know when I get to the front desk or have to talk to another assistant, other than her own, I'm going to get attitude. Which happened yet again today. Employees here need an attitude check for sure and they need to learn how to properly check what doctors will be working what days since this is the second time I was scheduled a day that Dr. Shah wasn't working yet again when I really needed to speak directly to her.
