Not Fair! Very Poor! Mr. Giuseppe Finazzo(Finazzo Enterprises Inc) deplorable work ethic cost my company time and money because he could not do his job properly. We did much of his job for him. My office had to stop what it was doing to make sure every employee had the information they need to make a decisions about our Healthcare plan. We had to explain changes and options to employees that had coverage as well as those who will be covered. This is our insurance brokers job! His careless mishandling of our Healthcare coverage disrupted us financially as well as lowered the moral of our employees confidence in management.
