The screen door looks amazing and is really well built. customer service was great. I had my front door replaced two years after i ordered my screen door. the contractor accidentally threw away the hinges and the strike plate for the handle. Coppa was great at helping me match and replace my missing parts. I would very much refer them to anyone looking for a great looking screen doors

Please call the owner directly before you order any doors from him, just for your own safety. He does not support his work, had doors for 2 months months doors are already falling apart and is blaming the consumer for his very poor workmanship installed by professional

Wow! Not only did our custom screendoor arrive early, it is beautiful!  The craftsmanship was excellent and Rick was really helpful and a pleasure over the phone.  It was packed very carefully and arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected.  The pricing is really reasonable and they make ordering very easy by website or phone.  We shopped around locally only to realize our door does not have standard measurements.  So either get a saw or pay a lot of $$$$.  I am soo happy with our Coppa screendoor and now we can enjoy the evening breezes.  Thank you and all the best to Rick and the Coppa team. ~Anna

I purchased from a big box store some screen doors in June of 21 and waited 11 months and canceled the order. I went to Coppa and they made and painted them for me and are perfect. 1 from the garage and 1 form the family. This was worth the wait. Thanks Stephanie and Coppa Team.

I haven't received the door that I ordered yet. This review is about the customer service I received prior to even placing my order. It was outstanding. I called twice with questions and spoke with the same woman each time. Her name was Stephanie. She was patient and informative. She knew the answers immediately and she never got offended or put off when all I did was say thank you and hung up. When I finally did you call back the third time to place the order I spoke with her again. She made the whole experience an easy and pleasant one. I have since received two emails from her one about the order and another on the timing of my order. Both answered my questions. I hope the door is as nice as they look on line because the customer service has been exceptional. In these trying times it was nice to speak with someone who was patient and polite. Thank you, Stephanie!
