This is a place of nightmares... I brought my daughter here because her insurance changed. We went from Eastshore Pediatrics. They told me that my daughter had two cavities that they recommend filling... We come here, and the doctor here is telling me that my daughter has eight cavities! And that I needed to lie to my daughter and tell her that there's no needles, but of course they're going to give her needles. And it was just an awful terrible experience. The place smelled and reeked of chemicals. I had to walk out because I feel like I was going to pass out. We go to another dentist in Hercules and what did they say? Zero cavities! This place is lying through their teeth to fraud insurance money!!!

Great customer service at reception and staff in clinic. My children are comfortable going back after such a good experience during their first visit. My daughter noticed tooth pain, I called and received a call back with an appointment for the next day.
