        Dr J Lee was gracious and explained procedure; displayed a professional & understanding attitude. The assistant Leslie was also very helpful.

        Poor customer service with the front desk staff, didnt disclose about the 10 minutes late policy, didnt answer the phone and was accusing the customer being late for 20 minutes. I tried to call and ask if its ok to come in late for 10-15 minutes, no one answered and said I didnt leave a voicemail and told me they were on lunch from 2 to 3pm like I should be knowing all their policy. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Wont be back to this office anymore.
