They run this place solely like a profit-first business instead of a vet hospital. I got asked to get vaccines, medicine, other products for my cat during every visit whether she really needs it or not. I visited a few weeks ago, and they showed no patience working with my cat and was trying to push me out the door. My cat gets scared easily, so they complained she was hard to work with. So if anyone has a timid pet, don't bring them here.

Special shoutout to Rebecca, Josefina, and Dr. Smith! This crew has excellent communication skills, did not rush me when I had questions, explained the process and procedures clearly, and took great care of my cat. We will definitely be back. Edited to add: Chelsea (?Spelling) also went above and beyond (over the phone, no less) to help me figure out how to administer a medication when the syringe didn't fit properly into the bottle. She was thoughtful and resourceful, and explained the steps clearly. Thank you!

This vet refused to write a prescription for flea and tick medicine for my dog within one year of his last physical. This is illegal. While I do not plan on taking legal action against this veterinary hospital, I do not suggest you bring your pet here.

Corporate-level ignorance about cancer, including myths on their website about carbohydrates and cancer. Too bad my human friends and relatives who died of cancer didn't eat low-carb Hills A/D prescription food?!
