Omega Veterinary Group

I was referred to Omega and Dr. Black by our primary vet with a recommendation for an immediate ultrasound due to evidence of pancreatitis. I called at 9am, spoke with Mikey and he scheduled me for an appointment at 1pm (same day). Dr. Black is open, communicative and transparent. She is collaborative with our regular vet office and is now part of our Zoe's treatment team (this is a different Zoe than the other review). All the staff are friendly, open and kind. They combine as the right combo for stressed out pet-parents! The Omega team is committed to assisting us with support for our beloved fur-baby. Thank you Omega Veterinary Group!

Dr. Black has been our vet for over 10 years. She is kind and compassionate. Not fearful of my 2 Cane Corsos. I'm so happy she is here in San Mateo. The most welcoming staff too!

Highly recommend Omega for all your animal's critical care needs. Dr. Black went beyond to save my dog's life. She is a highly qualified vet with a diverse background. The staff are friendly, caring and professional. Most importantly, my dog loves Dr. Black and Robin! Thankful they are now open 24/7.

My dog Stewart is an 11 year old staffy/pitbull mix, he had a bout of diarrhea over the course of 12 hours and had a bit of blood in it. I had a friend recommend them, so i called and they were able to take him in immediately. There was no wait at all, and Dr. Black took great and attentive care of him. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and reassuring through the whole process, and even offered to help me through navigating care credit, which they do take! There is easy designated parking to the place and they are now open 24/7. I came in on a sunday at 9am and it was a super easy experience overall(despite it being a stressful and scary moment for my baby). They have tea, water, candy and a great, large, comfortable, clean waiting room for clients. I came from Oakland because my areas vets were packed with a 2-4 hour wait, so the 30 minute drive on a sunday was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you everyone!
