Uriel and his crew did wonders for my mom's house which was very overgrown. He was on time for our estimate appointment, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us the best bid amongst the three companies we reached out to. Because we were dealing with a heritage tree he and his crew ended up working at my mom's house twice and both times he and his crew got there early, did a quick and thorough job and cleaned up nicely. He was quick to schedule our job as well. For the heritage tree removal (necessary due to proximity to the house), he helped us get our permit from the city, stopping by at the city to submit paperwork for us which made that painless as well. He also had to come an extra time to my mom's house prior to submitting the papers so that I could sign off on the paperwork and he could take photos to submit for our initial application. Great service. The men were on time, they put plywood on the roofs and windows to protect from falling limbs. They were fast, responsive and cleaned everything up as well. These guys know what they are doing. Very good.

This company was removing a tree for my neighbor without a tree removal permit in Emerald Hills, I confirmed they were unlicensed contractors through the California State License Board then they topped various other trees which is not acceptable in the tree care industry.

Encinal Tree Service came quickly to rescue my cat from a tree on a Sunday. The man was clearly an experienced tree climber and cat rescuer. He was incredibly nice and professional and amazingly affordable. Both my dad and I tried to give him more money, which he declined. Please support this outstanding business.
