Bright Beginnings Montessori Preschool

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Bright Beginnings, and we really appreciated so many aspects of this preschool. The teachers, community, and program are amazing - the teachers go above-and-beyond and help the school and families feel connected. My daughter had attended another Montessori previously, but because of the connections my daughter made with the teachers, she really blossomed here. Thanks to the pre-k prep, I also felt she was transitioned to kindergarten pretty well.

Our son Stephen started at Bright Beginnings in April after a year at another preschool. It didn't take long for us to realize what we'd been missing. He had playmates at his old school, but within a couple of weeks he was bringing home songs, stories of new friends, and overflowing self-expression. (As I write this he's conducting his mom in "These Are the Months of the Year.") Since then, we've heard the same stories over and over from other parents (in our short time there have been no less than four school events for families, not to mention birthday parties) about the lights that went on in their first days and weeks there. Then there was the dad who told us he'd been a Bright Beginnings kid himself once upon a time. Ms. Joanne and team have been doing this for decades, and it really shows, from the meticulous organization of the classroom to the seasonal events and decor to the endless repertoire of songs for your kids to learn and bring home with them. It's definitely worth a visit to see if your little one likes it as much as we do. Hopefully they'll wear their royal blue Bright Beginnings t-shirt as proudly as Stephen does.

Both of our sons have gone here and we just started our 5th (and last) year at Bright Beginnings. Overall, we've had such a positive experience. BB is family run and they treat everyone as part of their family. The number of students/families is small enough that you get to know everyone and it truly feels like you're part of a community. Our kids made such great friends here (and so have we). They've also learned and grown so much and, to us, the most important has been how BB really fosters good manners, resolving issues, and how to be kind to one another. The prep work they do before kindergarten is also great! We would highly recommend to anyone!

Ms Joanne and her family are wonderful, caring, loving, nurturing, extremely hard-working teachers who are always giving the kids over 100%.Our oldest just graduated and our youngest just started this year. They both love Bright Beginnings and are always happy to go and have made numerous friends there. We've seen the positive impact of the school experience and they love the big backyard area where they can play and run and learn! Even during covid, Ms Joanne and her family started thinking early on about how to re-open her little blue house once it was safe. They are truly dedicated to the kids.

Bright Beginnings is simply an incredible place for children. We have been a BB family since my son went there, and now his younger sister is there. It's an amazing preschool and the teachers are the best and most supportive. My kids are always so happy to go to school, see their friends, and Miss Joanne, and don't want to leave! At BB you are truly family, and the amount of care, love, and support they give to the kids is so lovely and unique. Thank you for creating this warm and loving learning environment. We are Bright Beginnings fans for life!
