I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Val Harrison of Green Tree Nutrition. Having a history of emotional eating problems, Val was so comforting and understanding providing amazing insights and helpful guidance in resolving my issues. I instantly felt safe and cared for. Val created an easy to use food plan that was gentle in making the changes I needed to for better health - both physically and emotionally. Her expertise and knowledge is Nutrition is extensive and her caring demeanor is the best. If you want to get your life back on track, be super healthy and happy, I highly recommend Val!
