The movie theatre is at a great location, making it convenient for families and couples to enjoy a movie or some popcorn after dinner. HOWEVER, management needs to train their workers better because some workers appeared unhelpful or ill-mannered. My boyfriend and I came here to order popcorn (they have the best kettle popcorn) and we wanted to use the restroom. When we entered the theatre, there was this older white lady with white hair who stopped us and asked us "HOW CAN I HELP YOU???" in which I responded "we aren't here to watch a movie, we just want to purchase popcorn". We proceeded to walk inside but decided to use the restroom first THEN buy popcorn because why would we bring popcorn into the bathroom?? I didn't think I needed to tell the older white lady that we were going to use the bathroom. Tell me WHY she literally STOMPED OVER to the bathroom and started lashing out at us while shoving her finger in our face and calling us LIARS. She embarrassed herself and us... then proceeded to ESCORT US to buy popcorn...? Then she continued to yap on the top of her lungs on how we are "LIARS" and she told ALL the workers to keep an eye on us to make sure we purchase something before we leave. This was absolutely the most infuriating experience I've ever had at a movie theatre. Cinemark Century, please train you staff to be professional and show some dang courtesy!
