Just closed on my first home with Eli. Yaaaaay Eli is a great realtor. Believe me. I was working with another one and after some discussions with friends, I knew something was wrong and asked around for intros to other realtors. I settled on Eli after seeing others and chose him based on his record of sales and how he responded to my initial requirements. He also set my expectations for the relationship from the beginning. Our way of work was like this: (1) He arranged our tours by asking us to send him a list of prospect homes and we arranged a quick tour in the morning of a weekday to quickly tour all the homes while kids are at school and no traffic. We toured almost all the inventory that match our expectations in a very efficient way. (2) He organized our expectations by discussions that included lots of facts, numbers, and both real-time and old data to filter/rectify our needs without any compromises or over-expectations. (3) Such discussions happened over email, texts, phone calls, and zoom meetings. Our list of prospect homes for the weekly tour mentioned in 1 was usually refined, increased with extra homes suggested by him, off-marketsetc. This made our tour very efficient and comprehensive. (4) He was reachable all the time and very clear in his communications. (5) After we settled on our final 2 choices, he sat down with us over zoom, discussed our first offer and we extended it to our 1st priority home previous owners. Our home was teaser-priced. Eli did a great job pricing the home to the right point using the normal comparison method everyone does + his side talks with the selling realtor, lots of other data and being nice to everybody. Our first offer got accepted right away without overbidding or anything like that. He did a really great job too by extending our personal experience verbally to our homes previous owners through their realtor. Our home was move-in ready and teaser priced which made it very popular and we were chosen among 10+ other offers. (6) Along the closing, he was, as always, so reachable. He answered all our questions. I think this summarizes how Eli works and I hope you guys get to your new home fast as we did.
