I too was rushed through our appt although we arrived early for it. Dr Yang discussed my question only after I insisted and the quality of practice is below average in my opinion. The nurse skipped one of routine vital sign check (I have to specified it to the doctor) and the physical exam of the infant is not nearly as through as I later received at other clinic. I decided to switch clinic immediately after our first visit.

I haven't seen Dr. Yang for years since I aged out, and I miss her honestly. She was always super friendly and informative and I truly felt I could talk to her about anything.Her nurses were great as well, and were always comforting and reassuring whenever I needed to get shots (which was terrifying to me as a kid lol) so I always felt comfortable with going to see her.Whenever I needed to see her or another one of her doctors, I usually was able to get in within an hour of calling which was great too.I miss you Dr. Yang!

Dr. Jenny Yang is probably one of the most compassionate, caring, and personable doctors out there. I saw her majority of my life. I have never felt rushed while being with her. She takes her time to truly see how I am doing and I felt that she actually cared about what I had to say. She worked closely with my whole family and helped me through every medical issue, big or small. I cannot recommend her enough. She is the kind of doctor who will take the time to build a relationship with you. There were many occasions when I needed to see her last minute and she squeezed me in the best she could and I still didn't feel rushed while being with her. The other people in the office she works in are also all amazing. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help. They all knew me by name and I was always greeted with a friendly hello. There were some times I saw other doctors at the office and I have nothing but great things to say about them too. I saw Dr. Hart-Cooper who is just as caring and compassionate as Dr. Yang. I cannot preach enough about how amazing Dr. Yang is and everyone at her office. I am so thankful she was my doctor. I would recommend her again and again to anybody who is wanting a friendly, caring, and compassionate doctor.

If you like a follow-the-book kind of doctor, she is perfect. If you are on the liberal side of certain subjects, such as vaccines, don't go to her. Also, I always feel like being rushed and she never had enough time for my kids before she rushed out for the next patient. I just realized that this review was left here 3 years ago. I actually stayed with her all these years. I later on realized that it was only the regular checkups that she goes through fast, which I think is fine. When on several occasions we went there for certain conditions, she took her time and was very patient answering our questions. When my daughter needed to have an eye surgery, she took much time helping us to schedule appointments with different physicians for second opinions (hard to get appointments). We are happy with her

My younger daughter and I had her first visit (general checkup) with Dr. Yang last week and the experience is the best. We switched to Dr. Yang due to insurance change. Dr. Yang is definitely one of the best pediatricians I've ever met during the past 18 years with my two daughters. She is experienced, warm, kind, thorough and trustworthy. To a 13 yr old adolescent, she not only cared about her physical well beings but also very experienced with and care about her emotional and social needs.  Both my daughter and I had a great experience at the clinic and we both like her so much. I'm not sure why there are earlier reviewers who mentioned that she's a bit rush! At a matter of fact, she's the doctor I feel that who gives us the longest time and most personal care that I haven't experienced for a long time!!! Everybody else at the office, including the front desk lady and all the nurses are also so nice, welcoming and helpful. Thank you all! I recommend Dr. Yang to anyone in the area who's looking for a new pediatrician.
