First time going to see Fiona and I was impressed with her technique and attention to detail. Price of a mens haircut was reasonable when comparing local prices. Came with a wash before and after the cut, and her quick consultation was efficient. Would come back to her if Im passing by the Bay Area again!

Yesterday I had a facial and hair treatment at MZ Hair Salon. The one-stop service was great. Fiona is really experienced in facial care and gave me a very relaxing experience. My skin was very white and tender after the treatment. The hair style was also done according to my requirements and ideas. My hair was not damaged at all. I am very satisfied. I will be happy with facial care and hair style in the future

Probably the worst experience in any salon. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted, and the haircut turned out like an experiment gone wrong. Despite asking for a trim, she thinned my hair without asking me. She seemed to be estimating all aspects of the cuts and wasnt able to fix her mistakes despite my complaints. The overall experience was horrifying and extremely upsetting. Despite the outcome I was charged for the service. I would not recommend the lady for a hairstylist. Save yourself and find a professional.
