I like the ducks outside. So do my kids. I drive a pretty inexpensive Toyota so I don't have enough insurance that matters to care about more than a $500 deductible but I've seen too many people hit people there. I don't like that their prices are absolutely over-inflated their burrito bar is okay but better off going to nob Hill in redwood shores, I am the only thing we go there for is when we have to get gas at the 76 (diagonal from there)or the Chevron, because the parking situation makes it impossible to validate the prices for anything other than buying things from the cookie bar, or the salad bar which offers good blue cheese, great marinated red peppers, and a fresh selection of arugula and spinach. The other day we just went there for sushi but there were only two packs left, at 5 pm, both of which we didn't want.. (I paid $15 for each one, and the whole time I was thinking: "oh my God someone's going to hit my car in the parking lot! This isn't worth the $500 deductible!") If you don't know the song already, this one applies directly to this location, too : "it's getting real in the whole foods parking lot." Best things to buy when you can get out quickly: Roasted red peppers at the salad bar Blue cheese, feta cheese at the salad bar Nuts at the salad bar All Greens at the salad bar. Cookies (at the cookie bar).. & Mochi (and yes that's near the cookie bar and the salad bar) .. coming from a mother of twins that are 9 years old.
