I was nervous about posting here because of the last phone interaction I had with Randy, but I feel it is important for others looking for electricians to get an honest review.  We had a large electrical project started by Thornton, but unfortunately, it was bigger than expected and needed to be finished on another day.  After not hearing from anyone for months and no response to phone calls or texts, I finally hear back from Randy.  He explains how busy they are and I get it.  I am told I will get another appointment within the week.  Weeks go by and nothing.  Now I am unsure if they are just busy or do not actually want the job, so I call to check-in so I know if I should move on or not.  Once again, I get how busy everyone is and I just don't want to waste time on something that is never going to happen.  Randy yells at me.  He brags about how much money he makes and how expensive his truck is.   He threatens to sue me and put a lean on my house.  I try to calm him down and explain that I just didn't know where were at.  Unfortunately, this just escalated his bad behavior and he continued to yell and threaten me.  I had to hang up.  I would also like to note that I have yet to receive a bill.

I cannot begin to explain how upset I am about my experience with TEC. They started work on my house and the project ended up being bigger than expected. I was told they would call me to set up another appointment. Months went by and I heard nothing. I called, texted, emailed nothing. Finally, I received a call back asking me to email again and I would get a response with a date. Weeks go by and still no response so, I call back. This time the man who returned my call berated me. Threatened to sue me and put a lean on my house. He told me how successful he is and how I couldn't even imagine how much money he makes and he will take everything I have from me. All I wanted was someone to acknowledge that they were still working with me. I understand how busy everyone is and what difficult times we live in, but I did not need someone to yell at me after not getting a response for 3 months. Also, I have never received a bill and the man was not even able to tell me what I owe. Service: Electrical wiring repair
