I saw the truck parked near my neighbors home and got the number of the car and called them. Alex on the phone was professional and explained all the details for me how to proceed with my needs. We hired United Pro Handyman to address a leaky window in our upstairs bathroom.They were very responsive to our project request on Yelp and provided a reasonable estimate based on the description of the problem and photos that I posted.  Communication and scheduling was good.Delvin was the handyman assigned to our project and he confirmed the appointment the night before and was very prompt arriving the next morning. Delvin arrived with an assistant and quickly went to work on the project. They did good quality work and cleaned the area thoroughly.The reason for my 4 star rating is that Delvin left to purchase materials. Instead of going to our local Foster City Home Depot, he drove all the way to Daly City and left his assistant 'keeping busy' for 90 minutes. This added probably 1 hour to the total time over what was really required. I didn't notice that he had gone all the way to Daly City until after they had been paid and left the job site and I took a second look at the receipt.  If I had, I would have challenged the labor bill for the additional time spent driving to Daly City. Overall, the quality of the work was good.

Sasha and Illa were here to fix multiple annoying issues around the house:  kitchen faucet, bathroom shower faucet, smoke alarm, and a light fixture.  They quoted reasonably, they came on time and updated us about their arrival so that we could be ready with our home.  I recommend their services to my friends and family, and I will hire them again.  They were friendly too!
