It's hard and rare to find a BMW Service Shop that you can trust. I trust John's Alternative BMW Service completely. He provides services that are superior to BMW Dealer's and at a fair price. You won't get gouge and nickel and dime like you do at the BMW Dealers. You won't be sold services that you don't need. John has serviced both my BMWs for over 10 years now! Thanks John!

I do not recommend this shop for anything in-depth with your bmw. Scheduled an appointment two months in advance just to be told last minute that they didnt want to service the car. One technician and a grumbly service writer who doesnt know turbo bmws. Ill skip it. Found a much better shop in Fremont. There was a long line of cars and one technician and a bunch of abandoned bmws. Beware of shops that have a lot of abandoned cars, because theyre scam artists who over charge and cant properly diagnose a modern turbo bmw. Skip the headaches, go on the bmw forums and choose a good shop. These guys are not the shop.

I have felt more taken care of at an auto service station! I have an I-3, EV and will not go anywhere else now! My car needed a major repair, they kept me in the loop and helped me make the right decisions. Roel is such a lovely human, go there!!!

ABS is hands down the best BMW service store I've ever been to. The team is super professional and they really know their stuff. John, who's the owner and chief mechanic, is not only great at his job but also very efficient and honest. And then there's Roel he's like an angel. He's super patient, friendly, professional, and unbelievably helpful. He took the time to explain everything on my car's maintenance/repair list and answered all my extra questions about tires and brake fluid. I'm definitely coming back for their service in the future.
