        Marc represented me in San Mateo County Superior Court.  I had to defend myself against a lawsuit brought by my HOA.  It took almost two years to bring this case to a conclusion.  Marc was clear about the legal (and financial) issues throughout the process.  I am especially thankful for his preparation and performance as we entered binding arbitration.  And while it was never a foregone conclusion, in the end, we prevailed!  More recently I have had to reach out to Marc on a much less significant issue (also concerning my HOA).  As always, his advice was spot-on.  Can not recommend him highly enough!

        Mr. Bender is an excellent attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and trust law, and was impeccable during our trial. He was honest and great about explaining the entire process and cost upfront. We will be using him for any and all future legal issues (fingers crossed we won't have any though, lol).
